What’s included in my suite rental?

Your private, lockable suite with all utilities covered — electric, water, WiFi. Plus free parking and free on-site laundry. Select suites include shampoo bowls and sinks built right inside, and all tenants have access to 7 shared shampoo bowls, dedicated water stations, and a dryer area. No hidden fees.

What suite sizes do you offer?

We offer five suite options to fit different needs: window suites with natural light, single suites with a shampoo bowl and sink built in, single suites without a shampoo bowl, double suites for professionals who need more room, and downstairs pro suites for beauty, wellness, and office professionals. Whether you’re a solo stylist or need space for a bigger setup, there’s a suite that works for you.

What’s the move-in process like?

It’s simple. Come by for a tour, find the suite that fits, pay your deposit, and move in. That’s it. We keep the process easy so you can focus on getting your business set up.

Do you offer short-term or daily rentals?

Yes. We offer daily short-term rentals — perfect for traveling stylists, weekend professionals, or anyone who wants to try the space before committing to a longer lease. Call us to check availability and reserve your dates.

Do I keep 100% of my earnings?

Every single dollar. You set your own prices, book your own clients, and run your business your way. There are no commission splits and no revenue sharing — what you earn is yours.

I’m not a beauty professional — can I still rent?

Absolutely. Our downstairs suites are open to all professionals — not just beauty and wellness. We’re currently home to a photographer, chiropractor, and mortgage broker, among others. If you need a private, professional space to serve your clients, we’d love to have you.

Can I customize or decorate my suite?

Yes — this is your space and we want it to feel like yours. Many of our tenants personalize their suites to reflect their brand. We want your clients to walk into a space that feels uniquely you.

How do clients find my suite when they arrive?

Clients come directly to your suite — there’s no front desk or check-in process. You give them your suite number, they walk in, and the experience is entirely yours from start to finish.

What if I outgrow my suite?

That’s the goal. We’ve outgrown three locations ourselves, so we know what growth looks like. If you need a bigger space, we’ll work with you — and when you’re ready to move on to your own storefront, we’ll be cheering you on.

How many locations do you have?

Our Story

Built by Accident. Grown with Purpose.

Suite Society started as a storefront for an online hair business. The space happened to be divided into separate rooms — and when traveling stylists started calling, asking if they could set up shop for the weekend, a bigger vision took shape.

What began as a favor for fellow beauty professionals quickly became something much bigger. Since 2019, we’ve grown through four locations — each time outgrowing the last and moving into a larger space to serve more professionals. Our Sandy Springs location is the culmination of everything we’ve learned along the way.

With a background in corporate America working for Fortune 500 companies, our founder brought a different approach to the salon suite industry — one rooted in genuine customer service, operational excellence, and a deep love for the beauty community. We’re not just keeping up with the industry — we’re raising the bar.

We’ve outgrown three locations ourselves — so we understand what growth looks like. We’re not here to collect rent. We’re here to help you build something. Our goal is for every professional who walks through our doors to eventually outgrow this space and move on to even bigger opportunities.
